The Coventry depot closed in 2008 and all remanafacturing was moved to the Dewsbury head office.The distribution centres are in Dewsbury, Gateshead, Airdrie, Manchester, Biggleswade and Birmingham....

I bought a reconditioned steering rack from this company to fit and supply to a customers car. It was not only worst than the one i removed it was also very dangerous because the steering arm was left loose. If we had let the car leave the car would have steered of the road and could have been so dangerous that it could have ended up with manslatter charges it was so bad. Not only did i have to fit another replacement rack i was also insulted by there very rude manager who said i must have tampered with the rack or i had not fitted it correctly. I have been fitting the same steering racks for 20 years and have not had any problems in the past. The first rule in buisness is to apologise first untill you find out the full facts not call your customer a liar before you even know any of the facts. I would not by a product from this company in any cercumstances. Stay alive and stay away from this company....
