Not including the numerous times they pick up the phone and hang-up before you can say a word ! Still waiting for a managert to phone me back !!!!! even though told he would phone within 10 minutes ( told that 5 times! ) Apprently this company employs a from all ethnic backgrounds except english speakers and those with manners. Spent more on phone calls than the part was worth - even had one guy tell me they couldnt have sent the part they did cause they dont stock it anymore - MORRONS !!
