I worked for Maccess for 20 years. When I started they actively sought well trained and experienced staff from all areas of the motor trade and took pride in their levels of customer service, and of course, they paid people accordingly. Unfortunately nowadays, it\'s all about saving money. They\'d rather pay a school leaver the minimum wage to learn things for himself, so of course he learns nothing. The company no longer cares for it\'s staff so the staff have stopped caring about the company.... |
